What is my credit card information used for?

Your credit card is needed to secure your tee time. It is charged at the time you complete the booking process for any booking fees and other items that require up-front payment. The booking pages will provide you with a complete description of the charges. You will be able to see the amount that will be charged up-front ("Due Now") and the amount collected by the course ("Due at Course").

How is my credit card information transmitted?

Your credit card information is transmitted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. The link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their customers' online transactions.

How is my credit card information stored if I choose to save it for future use?

If you choose to save your credit card information, it is stored locally on your Android device in an encrypted format. Only the last 4 digits of your saved credit card number will be shown on future booking pages. However, it is recommended that you take precautions to keep your device secure such as using the security code feature to lock your device. Saving a credit card is completely optional (you may re-enter your credit card information each time if you prefer).

Can I change a reservation?

If your greens fees are due at the golf course, we will cancel your reservation only if the golf course gives us approval to do so. Please call 1-800-594-9280 to request a change. Tee times that are 100% prepaid cannot be cancelled unless the golf course is closed due to weather on the day of play.

What is your weather policy?

If your greens fees are due at the golf course, please call 1-800-594-9280 and we will seek approval from the golf course in order to cancel your tee time. If approval is not given by the golf course, your reservation will stand.

If you paid 100% online we will only cancel your reservation if the golf course is closed due to weather on the day of play.

Why do you offer times that end up not being available?

The tee time inventory shown is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process.

Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to find the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.

Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?

When you tap on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to review the Terms and Conditions and complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, the tee time will be removed from hold.

Why is payment in full required for some times and not for others?

Some tee times require full payment up-front, while others must be paid at the golf course. Tee times with the biggest savings require up-front payment.

My credit card is good, why won’t your system accept it?

We only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double-check your card number and expiration date. If the credit card still cannot be accepted, contact us and be sure to include the error message you are receiving. For your security, do not send your credit card number by e-mail.

Did I get the tee time?

After completing your tee time purchase, you will be shown a Confirmation screen containing the details for your reservation. The Confirmation screen will include a confirmation number indicating that you have successfully booked the tee time. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail.

What about sales tax?

Most tee times do not include sales tax. However, some courses do include Sales Tax in the price of the tee time. If Sales Tax is included you will see the Tax Included Icon on the specific tee time. You can also tap on any tee time to view the Tee Time Details and determine if sales tax is included.

How far in advance are tee times available?

Most tee times are available up to 14 days in advance. However, there may be tee times from some courses available up to 90 days in advance. You will often find the biggest savings when booking tee times just a few days or less in advance.
